Subject: Repair Request for Boyueda Q7 Pro Max Front Wheel Noise
My Boyueda Q7 Pro Max e-scooter has developed a noise originating from the front wheel.
The issue presents under the following conditions:
1. It makes a noise even when rolling without power (switched off).
2. The sound is most noticeable at low speeds but disappears at higher speeds.
3. The noise is not present when the wheel is spun freely while off the ground.
I can confirm the sound is not the typical rubbing noise of a brake pad on the disc. The scooter is practically new—only four months old with about 700 km on it.
